Partner Sales Manager – Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Achieve order intake, sales, and gross margin targets within the assigned region/customers.
• Generate and implement initiatives for the sales of the complete DI portfolio through channels.
• Generate and implement customer development plans for existing and new channels.
• Maintain and manage existing customers in the region and create brand awareness for Siemens Channels.
• Regularly update customer information and pipeline in the CRM tool.
• Implement electronic order processing with assigned customers throughout the region.
• Actively promote CS portfolio elements throughout the region to maximize life-cycle business with assigned customers.
• Increase customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electronics engineering.
• 5–6 years of experience in account management, customer‑facing sales, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of product sales including DCS, PLC, VFDs, and instrumentation.
• Knowledge of the cyber portfolio would be an added advantage.
• Experience in digitalization, cybersecurity, and value selling.
• Willing to travel within the UAE.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain ecosystem and market landscape.
