Account Manager
Country: United Arab Emirates
Location: UTS Carrier – Abu Dhabi office
Responsibilities- individual sales target ware he need to meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing a sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Building and maintain a strong relationship with contractors, clients by understanding needs and providing the best solutions
- Develops new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
- Having excellent product knowledge especially in air cooled and water-cooled chillers which will allow him to have strong negotiation position
- Excellent in market analysis specially for Abu Dhabi & Al Ain area which will enhance our market coverage
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments, make initial presentations, and understand account requirements.
- Had a leader skill which will allow him to be team manager in future
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Proficiency in sales analytics tools
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Supporting the team whenever required in negotiations.
- Participates in business development activities for prospects within defined customer segment to support the business strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 7 years in sales account management experience in HVAC sales.
- Current sales manager experience and support the Applied sales, Application & CC team in AUH
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
