Sales Development Representative; SDR

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join one of our clients' teams. The role involves reaching out to prospects, developing and executing lead generation plans, and managing outreach campaigns using tools such as email and Linked In.

• Develop and execute a strategic lead generation plan with a custom approach to prospects.
• Write B2B messaging for custom outreach campaigns sent via email and Linked In.
• Schedule semi-automated, semi-manual email send-outs.
• Handle responses: work with objections, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects.
• Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the Business Development Manager.
• Report weekly sales metrics and performance goals to the sales team and management.
• Use automation tools (Snov.io, Mix Max, etc.) to launch massive outreach campaigns.

• 2 years of experience as an SDR or in a similar client-facing role.
• Advanced level of English (B2-C1).
• Experience in using sales tools, G‑suite services, and various CRM systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
• Experience with popular outreach tools (Snov.io, Apollo, Linked In Sales Navigator, Proxy, etc.) is a plus.
