• Previous customer service and/or sales experience in luxury hospitality/customer service is a plus.

• Coordinate the sales and operations process including external and internal documentation preparation and distribution, such as proposal letters, corporate and travel agent contracts, etc.
• Tackle inquiries of individual reservation requests and answer client questions regarding their account or sales products.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, assist with corporate sales trip preparation.
• Maintain supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures.
• Handle and coordinate site inspections, service group or road show needs.
• Analyze guest/customer data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers.
• Coordinate training and scheduling for sales staff.
• Adhere to Shangri-La Sales and Marketing standards policy.
• Prepare to assist other Shangri-La colleagues/departments in a thoughtful manner.
• Serve as an ambassador for the brand.
• Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/management to find solutions.
