Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy levels. Your main goal will be to identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with key decision‑makers
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competition
• Attend industry events, trade shows and conferences to promote the hotel’s services
• Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless operations for guests
• Prepare proposals, contracts and presentations for potential clients
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel sales, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the UAE region
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
