Responsibilities
Identify, develop and manage new business opportunities for premium IT products including Apple Mac Books and Microsoft Surface devices. Drive revenue growth through direct sales channel partnerships and customer relationship management. Build strong relationships with corporate customers (large and mid‑size companies). Conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations. Position premium device solutions by understanding customer workflows, mobility requirements and digital transformation initiatives.
Work closely with internal teams including pre‑sales, procurement, finance and logistics to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders and commercial offers. Track sales pipeline, forecasts and achievement against monthly and annual targets. Promote value‑added services such as device lifecycle management, financing options, deployment services, trade‑in programs and extended warranty solutions. Support marketing initiatives, customer events and vendor‑led campaigns.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate both within the organization and externally with partners.
Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in IT sales (hardware or computer peripherals in UAE). Strong customer base in UAE. Driving licence (preferred).
