We are seeking a Sales Account Manager for Continuing Education focusing on driving revenue through the professional development and vocational training sectors. This role involves identifying opportunities within corporate training centers, government development programs, and lifelong learning institutions to implement modern digital learning and infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities- Market Expansion & Hunting:
Aggressively prospect and acquire new customers within the Continuing Education and Professional Development segments across the UAE. Build a high-performing sales pipeline by identifying untapped opportunities in vocational institutes and corporate training departments. - Relationship & Portfolio Management:
Develop deep, lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within professional training centers and lifelong learning institutions. Manage assigned accounts to ensure successful contract renewals and the expansion of the service footprint within each organization. - Solution Positioning:
Position the organization as a strategic partner by demonstrating the value of technology in improving learner experiences and operational efficiency. Conduct tailored presentations and demonstrations that address the specific challenges of the vocational and professional education market. - Coordination & Reporting:
Work cross-functionally with solutions, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure client engagements are executed perfectly. Provide regular, data-driven reports on account status, market risks, and emerging opportunities to the Executive Director of Sales.
- Nationality: UAE National.
- Experience:
3–5 years of sales experience, with a specific background in Continuing Education, Corporate Training, or EdTech. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. - Skills:
Excellent communication skills; proactive "hunter" mindset for new business development. - Driving License:
Mandatory (UAE license) for client meetings across the region.
