Sales & Marketing Customer Relations Executive
LUMAIN is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Customer Relations Executive to support business growth by generating leads, handling customer inquiries, managing social media platforms, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and social media outreach.
- Identify and approach potential clients, including clinics, offices, commercial spaces, and premium residences.
- Handle customer inquiries via Whats App, email, phone calls, and social media.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients.
- Manage customer onboarding, renewals, and after‑sales follow‑up.
- Manage company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain sales pipeline and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive sales growth and brand awareness utilizing both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers, to foster loyalty and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong foundation in sales principles.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant work experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a fast‑paced industry.
- Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns that result in measurable sales growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in meeting clients and conducting presentations.
- Arabic language is a plus.
