- The Business Development Engineer is a key role for Digital Enterprise Business promotion in YUAE-DEB. The role includes creating solution business opportunities and managing order receipt from customers, covering the full sales cycle from lead generation with front sales to customer meetings, presentations, negotiation, and order closure.
- Develop Digital Solutions Business with all major O&G, P&W customers and EPCs in UAE.
- Work diligently with the DEB team to achieve division objectives and overall target.
- Be a motivated team member with a positive attitude and open communication among the Sales team to achieve sales objectives.
- Manage CRM updates including reports after completing appropriate level of competency with solutions.
- Support the Dept manager/Division Head in making day‑to‑day sales decisions for the Solution business in YUAE.
- Fully support and attend TQ meetings / presentations with customers alongside DEB and Account management team.
- Support on POC and drive techno‑commercial presentations / discussions after gaining understanding of solutions.
- Attend the sales weekly / monthly meetings to share market information on accounts, issues, concerns among the Sales team.
- Support registration of our Company for DX solution to ensure consistent growth.
- Ensure both internal and external communications are properly titled and addressed to the concerned stakeholders.
- UAE National.
- University Engineering degree – Chemical / Process Control / Computer Science / IT skill set.
- Preferably 2–3 years of experience.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Work experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-starter and willing to work in a multicultural team.
- Attitude to learn new technologies.
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with clients such as ADNOC and UAE‑based EPC and end users, especially with local UAE Nationals.
