Key Account Sales Engineer/Sales Manager – ADNOC & EPC Accounts

The Key Account Sr.Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with ADNOC Group companies and major EPC contractors in the Abu Dhabi region. The role focuses on promoting instrumentation bulk packages, Process Skids Experience & process control solutions (Added advantage Instrument and Compressed Air Dryers, Nitrogen Generators Skids, Sampling Systems, Instrumentation Panels), achieving sales growth, project approvals, and long-term customer engagement.
Strong technical sales experience, deep understanding of ADNOC business processes, and proven exposure to EPC contractors, end users, and project-driven sales within the oil & gas industry.
- 5–10 years of technical sales experience in the UAE oil & gas sector.
- Strong experience handling ADNOC and EPC accounts in Abu Dhabi.
- Proven track record in project sales and account management.
- Familiarity with ADNOC vendor systems and project procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3 Year Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical / Instrumentation
- 5–10 years of technical sales experience in the UAE oil & gas sector.
