Position: MEA Oil & Gas Biz Dev Leader (UAE-based, 50% Travel)

Business Development Manager – Middle East(UAEbased)

At Enventure Global Technology, we deliver innovative,solidexpandable solutions to the energy industry. As we continue to grow across the Middle East, we are seeking a high-impact Business Development Manager to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.


The Role
You willbe responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across the Middle East, building strong client relationships, andidentifyingnew business opportunities in drilling and completions.
This is acommercialandtechnical role, requiring strong industry knowledge and the ability to clearly articulate the value of our technology.
Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across assigned territories
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key operators, engineers, and decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute tactical account plans, forecasts, and revenue strategies.
  • Lead technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and negotiations
    Educate customers on Enventure’s technology applications, including completions, liner hangers, and solid expandables.
  • Participate in new market identification and expansion efforts.
  • Maintain sales and customer records in CRM; track account metrics.
  • Actively support Enventure’s safety-first culture through adherence to operational processes, risk assessments, and behavior-based safety initiatives.
  • Represent Enventure at client meetings, field visits, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver solutions
  • What We’re Looking For

    · 10+ years of experience in oil & gas sales / business development

    · Strong background in drilling, completions, or downhole technologies

    · Proven track recordof winning business withmajoroperators& turnkey companies in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar,Bahrainand Iraq. A similartrack recordin India and Pakistan is desirable.

    · Established network in the Middle Eastdrilling& completionmarketessential

    · Strong commercial acumen, tenderpreparationandcontract negotiation skills

    · Ability tooperateindependently in a fast-paced environment

    · Degree in Engineering, Science,or Businessrelateddisciplines
