Job Overview
A Kiosk Sales Executive in modern trade for E& is responsible for managing sales and customer service activities at assigned retail kiosks located in malls or partner outlets. The role involves actively promoting and selling E& telecom products such as SIM cards, mobile plans (prepaid and postpaid), data packages, and other value‑added services.
Responsibilities- Handle daily sales operations at assigned E kiosk in modern trade locations (malls, retail kiosk outlets).
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Promote and sell E products and services including prepaid/postpaid SIMs, data plans, device bundles, and value‑added services.
- Assist customers with SIM activation, plan upgrades, and service inquiries.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance during all sales, including and TRA telecom regulations.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new offers and promotions.
- Ensure the kiosk is well‑maintained, clean, and visually attractive as per brand standards.
- Strong communication skills.
- Product knowledge and customer handling ability.
- Experience in sales or customer service in a retail or kiosk setting (preferred).
