The purpose of the Sales Account Manager role is to manage and grow relationships with real estate agency clients by maximizing the value they receive from advertising solutions on Bayut and dubizzle. The role focuses on driving client retention, increasing product adoption, and generating revenue by helping agencies optimize their property listings, visibility, and lead performance on the platforms.
Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of real estate agency clients, acting as the primary point of contact and building strong long‑term relationships.
- Drive contract renewals, upselling, and cross‑selling of advertising products to achieve and exceed revenue targets through proposal creation, value‑based selling, negotiation, and closing.
- Analyze listing and lead performance and provide data‑driven recommendations to improve visibility, lead generation, and ROI.
- Educate clients on platform products and ensure optimal use of available advertising solutions.
- Provide clients with insights on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity to help them stay competitive.
- Develop account growth strategies tailored to each agency’s inventory, target market, and business goals.
- Work closely with clients to improve listing quality, content, and inventory strategy to maximize lead generation.
- Address client concerns, troubleshoot performance issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, presenting data, insights, and action plans for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance client experience and platform performance.
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
- A minimum of secondary education; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Valid UAE license required.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience.
- Based in Abu Dhabi.
- Intermediate knowledge of sales processes.
- Solid understanding of the business, products/services, the market and the needs of assigned accounts; may help develop colleagues’ understanding.
- Ability to handle client objections effectively.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to learn new products over time.
