We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth for ELV, ICT, and Security Solutions across the UAE. This is a client-facing, outdoor sales role that involves meeting prospective customers, identifying business opportunities, building long-term relationships, and promoting the company's range of technology and security solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to business development, and a valid UAE driving licence.
Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, and residential sectors.
- Conduct regular client visits, site meetings, and presentations to generate new business and strengthen customer relationships.
- Promote the company's ELV, ICT, Security, Networking, and IT Infrastructure solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and solution recommendations.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and ongoing opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and facility management companies.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on business development activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Primarily an outdoor role involving regular client meetings and site visits across the UAE.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of UAE business development or sales experience, preferably within the ELV, ICT, Security Systems, or Technology industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-based sales environment.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Frequent travel within the UAE to meet prospective and existing customers.
- A combination of field sales activities and coordination with internal teams to support business growth.
- A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Networking, Wi-Fi, IP Telephony, or related technology solutions
. - Experience working with project-based sales and corporate clients in the UAE market.
- An existing network of industry contacts would be an advantage.
