Job TitleSales Executive
Job ScopeThe Sales Executive is accountable for generating sales through maintaining strong relationships with customers and developing new opportunities and partnerships. S/He achieves predefined sales targets, negotiates prices and manages quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
Main Duties And Responsibilities- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits, business reviews, and ongoing engagement initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate potential clients, proactively develop new partnerships, and drive sales growth and new business opportunities.
- Conduct customer visits to assess product and service needs, review orders, and follow up on deliveries and outstanding issues.
- Negotiate and finalize pricing and payment terms within approved limits, and report on actions taken and deals closed.
- Keep customers informed of product and service updates, new launches, and any modifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts and CRM records on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with the Direct Manager to approve payment facilities and set appropriate credit limits based on payment behavior and order history.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, take appropriate corrective action, and report outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform regular market visits, prepare competitor analysis reports, and provide recommendations to increase sales and strengthen market positioning.
- Collaborate with relevant departments on the launch of new products and services and stay informed of all updates and changes.
- Ensure smooth cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to support campaigns, track sales performance, and ensure timely delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any other related field
Experience- 0-3 years of professional experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates with prior experience in the software industry or Apple ecosystem will be preferred
- Confident with a strong, professional personality
