Role Overview
As a Sales Executive at Advanced Travel and Tourism
, you will drive corporate travel sales by identifying and prospecting Corporates and SMEs within the region. You will be part of a dynamic team based in Abu Dhabi
, operating in a fully ONSITE environment. The role involves managing key client relationships, negotiating corporate travel contracts, and ensuring top-tier travel management services for corporate accounts. Your focus will include brick walling key clients, expanding the client base, and securing long-term agency partnerships with corporates.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and VIP customers, providing tailored travel solutions
- Drive new business by identifying and prospecting Corporates and SMEs to grow corporate travel sales
- Negotiate, prepare, and renew corporate contracts for key clients
- Oversee corporate travel management, including ticketing and hotel bookings for exclusive corporate houses
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate clients
- Regularly visit corporate offices to maintain and increase business share
- Prepare and present sales activity reports to the General Manager
- Monitor budgets and targets, maximizing sales and profitability
- Follow up on payments and collections from corporate clients
- Seek out new business opportunities and potential areas for corporate travel growth
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in travel sales, and at least 3 years in corporate sales
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Expertise in GDS and strong knowledge of booking software and procedures
- Demonstrable experience as a travel consultant & sales executive, with proven ability to manage local and international travel arrangements for corporate clients
- Outstanding negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, diligent, and ambitious professional
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to perform in a dynamic environment
- Professional, confident, and exceptionally organized
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
