The Sales Executive – Groups & Events is responsible for generating new business, managing group inquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and operational teams. The role requires strong organizational and time‑management abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. A customer‑focused and service‑oriented mindset is essential, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Events, Revenue, and Operations teams.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client engagement.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in hotel sales, events, or groups coordination.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a professional and service‑oriented approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Events, Revenue, and Operations teams.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Opera, or similar systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
