Sales Executive – Al Khalidiya Group

Al Khalidiya Group is currently hiring a Sales Executive for its Joinery Division in Abu Dhabi
. This opportunity is ideal for experienced sales professionals in the UAE construction and interior fit-out industry who are driven by targets and strong client relationships.

The role focuses on developing business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales for joinery and fit-out projects across the UAE market.

Sales Executive.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Identify new business opportunities in joinery and fit-out projects
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
• Coordinate with estimation, design, and production teams
• Conduct site visits and client meetings
• Negotiate contracts and close sales
• Track market trends and competitor activity
• Manage leads, tenders, and ongoing projects
• Maintain accurate sales reports and records

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 2–3 years UAE experience in joinery, fit-out, interior, or building materials sales
• Strong knowledge of joinery products and fit-out solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage
• UAE driving license preferred
• Target-driven and able to work under pressure
