Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the facilities management and security services sector in the UAE
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into long-term contracts
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitors
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
• Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates

• Minimum 3-4 years of proven sales and business development experience in the UAE
• Strong background in facilities management and security services industry (mandatory)
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing corporate contracts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong network within relevant industries is an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
