We are looking for a results‑driven and customer‑focused Sales Consultant – Trucks to join our team in Abu Dhabi
. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experience across our commercial vehicle portfolio.
You will play a key role in expanding market share, building strong customer relationships, and driving profitable growth by identifying new opportunities within your assigned territory. What you will do- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing profitability
- Conduct regular field visits to identify business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships
- Actively prospect new customers while managing and growing existing accounts within your territory
- Demonstrate commercial vehicles, explain product features, and guide customers through the sales process
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long‑term relationship building
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and maintain quality customer data - Manage overdue payments to ensure they remain within agreed limits
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
- Strong selling, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities
- Strong business acumen with focus on achieving revenue and margin targets
- Ability to work under pressure in a competitive sales environment
- Good analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel
You will be part of the Commercial Vehicles division, working in a high‑performance sales environment focused on delivering growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. The team operates in a competitive market, requiring agility, resilience, and a strong customer‑centric mindset to succeed.
What equips you for the role- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial vehicle or truck sales
- Experience with in the UAE or GCC market is an advantage
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship‑building skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
