Business Development Executive; Door to Door Sales

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through direct sales activities, door‑to‑door visits, referrals and marketing‑generated leads.
• Promote and sell Mai Dubai products to residential communities, offices and commercial establishments based on customer requirements.
• Conduct daily field visits to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Present product features, benefits and service offerings effectively to prospective customers.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide suitable solutions to convert leads into sales.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while ensuring mutual value for both the customer and the company.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, invoices and revenue reports.

• 1–3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in door‑to‑door or field sales; experience in the bottled water or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new customers and achieve sales targets consistently.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfortable conducting extensive field sales activities across residential and commercial areas.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi, Urdu or Arabic is an added advantage.
• Professional appearance with a customer‑focused approach.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and results‑driven with a strong go‑getter attitude.
• Valid UAE Manual Driving License is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
