VIP Brokerage is seeking ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Real estate sales Agents to join our growing Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide clients through off-plan investment opportunities offered by leading developers in Abu Dhabi.

This role is ideal for sales professionals who thrive in a high-performance environment and are looking to build a rewarding career in one of the UAE's fastest-growing real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, company-generated leads, and personal prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and developers.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand investment objectives and property requirements.
  • Present project information, payment plans, investment benefits, and market insights to clients.
  • Attend property exhibitions, launches, events, and developer presentations.
  • Negotiate and close sales transactions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, new project launches, and developer offerings.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in real estate sales, luxury sales, or a similar sales-focused role.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • UAE driving license is preferred
