Probetek is expanding its Sales and Business Development team and is seeking motivated Sales Engineers to support its continued growth. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy building strong customer relationships while promoting technical solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, identify business opportunities, and provide technical support throughout the sales process. Candidates with experience in scientific, analytical, testing, or laboratory instruments will be highly valued. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in technical sales and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives
  • Present technical products and solutions to clients
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical consultations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and industry developments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
  • Experience in technical sales is preferred
  • Previous exposure to scientific, analytical, testing, or laboratory instruments is an advantage
  • Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
  • Market awareness and a proactive learning attitude
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • UAE driving license is an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates with a passion for technology and technical sales may also apply
