Executing the commercial growth strategy of Global Auto Hub, with primary focus on:

  • Tenant acquisition and commercial leasing
  • Strategic partnerships
  • Brand positioning and market visibility
  • Customer acquisition and relationship management
  • Commercial product and service development

The role is critical in transforming Global Auto Hub from a real‑estate‑led project into a recognized regional and international automotive marketplace and ecosystem platform.

The ideal candidate combines:

  • Ability to build credibility with traders, OEMs, suppliers, logistics providers, financial institutions, and service partners

This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a startup‑like environment during the development and construction phase of the hub.

Responsibilities
  • Commercial Strategy & Tenant Acquisition
    • Develop and execute the commercial go‑to‑market strategy for Global Auto Hub
    • Identify and attract:
      • Automotive traders
      • Used vehicle exporters
      • Fleet operators
      • Auction houses
      • Logistics companies
      • Inspection and certification providers
      • Refurbishment and service operators
    • Develop tenant acquisition strategies for:
      • Showrooms
      • Warehouses
      • Workshops
      • Logistics and storage facilities
    • Build and manage commercial pipeline and prospect database
    • Lead commercial negotiations and leasing discussions
    • Support pricing strategy development and commercial positioning
  • Ecosystem & Partnership Development
    • Build strategic partnerships across the automotive value chain
    • Develop relationships with:
      • Banks and trade finance providers
      • Insurance companies
      • Customs and trade facilitation stakeholders
      • Inspection and homologation companies
      • Logistics and shipping providers
      • Government and freezone stakeholders
    • Support development of value‑added service offerings
    • Identify partnership opportunities that strengthen ecosystem attractiveness
  • Marketing & Brand Development
    • Develop Global Auto Hub brand positioning and messaging
    • Lead development of:
      • Marketing strategy
      • Digital presence
      • Sales and promotional materials
      • Event participation strategy
      • PR and media activities
    • Establish Global Auto Hub as a recognized automotive trade and mobility platform
    • Drive lead generation campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
    • Develop customer journey and customer experience concepts
  • Market Intelligence & Commercial Planning
    • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking
    • Monitor automotive trade flows, industry trends, and customer requirements
    • Support development of commercial forecasts and demand assumptions
    • Provide customer and market insights into strategic planning and budget discussions
    • Support annual business planning and forecasting activities
  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management
    • Represent Global Auto Hub in meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and industry events
    • Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships
    • Coordinate with internal operational and project teams
    • Support Board and shareholder presentations related to commercial activities
Qualifications
  • Educational and Technical

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, International Trade, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in:
    • Automotive industry
    • Commercial business development
    • B2B sales
    • Trade ecosystem or freezone environments
  • Proven experience in partnership development and commercial negotiations
  • Strong network within automotive, logistics, mobility, or trade sectors
  • Experience in startup, growth‑stage, or transformation environments preferred
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
