Business Development Manager – Commercial Office Fit‑Out
Location:
Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our growing fit‑out contracting team in Abu Dhabi. Specialising in commercial office spaces / F&B and Hospitality Projects. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, strengthening market presence, and securing high‑value projects across the capital. This is a role for someone who thrives on relationships, understands the UAE construction and design ecosystem, and knows how to convert opportunities into long‑term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Market Development – Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the commercial office fit‑out sector.
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, landlords, developers, PM firms, and design consultancies.
- Pipeline Growth – Develop and manage a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Tender Coordination – Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals, bids, and presentations.
- Market Intelligence – Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming developments across Abu Dhabi.
- Brand Representation – Represent the company at networking events, industry gatherings, and client meetings.
- UAE Fit‑Out Experience – Minimum 3–5 years in business development within commercial fit‑out, design & build, or interiors contracting.
- Local Market Knowledge – Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s corporate real estate and construction landscape.
- Network Strength – Existing relationships with corporate clients, PM firms, and real estate stakeholders.
- Communication Skills – Confident presenter with excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Results Orientation – Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
