About the Role

We are looking for energetic, target‑driven and experienced Sales Account Executives to join our growing team as part of a DU Channel Partner in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telecom sales, preferably with DU or Etisalat, and be confident in outdoor sales and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through outdoor field sales activities.
  • Identify and approach potential business customers.
  • Promote and sell DU SMB products and services.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct face‑to‑face meetings and product presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Follow up on prospects and convert them into active customers.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
  • Stay updated on DU products, offers and market trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service activation.

  • Basic Salary: AED 3,000 per month (or as per proven track record).

Requirements
  • Previous telecom sales experience in the UAE is mandatory.
  • Experience with DU or Etisalat sales is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently in an outdoor sales environment.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and close sales effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and reporting is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage (not mandatory, if applicable).

  • Familiar with the UAE market and customer acquisition strategies.
