This role offers the opportunity to take the lead in building long‑term, value‑driven relationships with key customers, both new and existing. As a trusted partner to our clients, you'll play a critical role in identifying solutions that drive results for them and KONE. You’ll manage the entire sales process, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, ensuring high customer satisfaction while also contributing to the company’s success.
You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead strategic and local customer relationships with a strong focus on partnership and value creation.
- Identify service opportunities and propose tailored solutions that enhance building performance and customer experience.
- Drive the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Strong customer‑first mindset, proactive, analytical, and passionate about delivering results.
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Minimum 2 years of service/aftermarket experience – ideally within a technical or engineering‑focused industry.
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- A natural relationship builder who thrives on collaboration and influence.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Arabic is an added advantage.
- UAE market experience is highly desirable.
