Responsibilities
- Generate qualified sales opportunities across the UAE and GCC through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, Linked In, email, and phone outreach.
- Identify and engage key decision‑makers including Founders, CEOs, COOs, CTOs, and Operations Leaders.
- Schedule and qualify meetings with prospective clients that fit the company’s target customer profile.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI automation and digital transformation solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Represent the company professionally in virtual meetings, networking events, conferences, and client engagements.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to progress opportunities and maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales activity tracking.
- Support proposal discussions, follow‑ups, and deal progression activities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets.
- 4+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, Business Development, Technology Sales, or Consultative Sales.
- Currently residing in the UAE (Dubai preferred).
- Proven track record of outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline creation.
- Experience selling SaaS, AI solutions, automation services, IT solutions, consulting services, or digital transformation offerings.
- Strong communication, presentation, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage the complete prospecting process.
- Comfortable attending in‑person meetings, networking events, and client engagements across the UAE when required.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and modern sales engagement tools.
- Existing UAE business network is highly desirable.
- Understanding of AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, ERP, CRM, or Operational Consulting services is preferred.
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and passionate about generating new business opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and opportunities simultaneously.
