LUMAIN Hygiene is a newly launching professional cleaning and facilities management company in Abu Dhabi targeting premium residential, commercial, and healthcare clients. We re seeking an ambitious bilingual sales professional to build our B2B client base from the ground floor, developing corporate partnerships, facility management contracts, and enterprise relationships as we establish our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and qualify B2B leads through corporate outreach, industry networks, cold calling, and referrals, targeting office buildings, clinics, hospitals, and premium facilities.
- Conduct site visits and needs assessments.
- Develop customized cleaning and facilities management proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements, close deals, and establish pricing, scope, and service level expectations.
- Manage client relationships post-sale, oversee onboarding, monitor satisfaction, and identify opportunities for service expansion or renewal.
- Prepare quotes, contracts, and service proposals, handle objection resolution and follow-up communications.
- Track and report on sales pipeline, win/loss rates, and conversion metrics to management on a monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation, stay organized and data-driven.
- Partner with operations and supervisory teams to ensure smooth client transitions and service delivery excellence.
- Fluent Arabic and English speaker (both written and verbal) — mandatory for engaging Arabic‑speaking business owners and facility managers.
- 2 or more years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience (facilities, services, contract‑based businesses preferred).
- Proven track record closing corporate contracts and building business relationships with decision‑makers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable with field visits and cold outreach.
- Excellent organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (or willing to learn).
- Valid UAE driving license (B category) — will be a plus. Not a must.
- Customer‑centric mindset and commitment to building long‑term client partnerships.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Prior experience in facilities management, cleaning services, or FM (Facility Management) sector.
- Understanding of cleaning protocols, healthcare compliance, or hygiene standards (a plus, not required).
- Familiarity with regional UAE business culture and corporate buying processes.
- Experience using Linked In or industry networks for B2B lead generation.
