Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Present and promote company products and services to customers
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Prepare and submit sales quotations, proposals and contracts
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an updated sales pipeline
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in the CRM system
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally
• Attend meetings, training sessions and industry events when required
• Provide regular sales performance updates to management

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented and self‑motivated
• Good negotiation and customer handling abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Fluent English communication preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
