Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales and collection targets, improving Bedding Accessories and Linen business from existing and new Hospitality customers, and new market development in the given territory.
  • Continuously liaise with existing suppliers for Linen and develop new suppliers with focus on price, quality, and service.
  • Develop good relationships with Hospitality customers and suppliers.
  • Appoint distributors for Bedding accessories in the Middle East market and monitor their performance.
  • Manage sales team including conducting training programs, monitoring daily activities, and reviewing performance for effectiveness.
  • Report daily on progress, including competitor activities, and adhere to the company's policy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred for advanced strategic insight.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in a competitive industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track progress and optimize sales strategies.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and persuade stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing business opportunities.
