Rental Sales Agent

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with car rental inquiries and reservations
- Promote and sell rental products and services to achieve sales targets
- Explain rental terms, conditions, insurance options and company policies
- Prepare rental agreements, contracts, and related documentation
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and return procedures
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Maintain accurate customer records and rental transactions
- Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure vehicle availability
- Process payments and prepare daily sales reports
- Previous experience in the car rental industry
- Knowledge of UAE roads, locations, and traffic regulations
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
- Valid UAE Driving License
