About the Role

As we continue our global growth, we’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our commercial team and play a key role in driving new customer acquisition.

This is a high‑activity, fast‑paced sales role focused on high‑volume, transactional sales to healthcare professionals across various verticals. You’ll need to be comfortable managing a large number of leads and engaging in frequent outreach to hit ambitious revenue and activity targets.

Responsibilities
  • Driving revenue, engagement, and new customer acquisition through high‑volume outreach
  • Managing the full 360 sales cycle, from prospecting through to deal closure, while maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects
  • Consistently exceeding daily KPIs and monthly revenue targets, supported by your manager and the wider team
  • Conducting efficient product demonstrations and presentations, tailored to each customer’s requirements
  • Becoming an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader within the Health Tech field
About You
  • Fluency in English
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience; experience in high‑volume B2B, SaaS or healthcare environments is desirable but not required
  • Confident communicator who thrives on outbound calling and selling in‑person and virtually
  • Resilient and gritty, bouncing back quickly and moving forward after setbacks
  • Energetic about fast‑paced work and not shy of change or challenge
  • Belief in our mission and desire to be part of revolutionising the healthcare industry
