Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, and digital channels.
- Conduct on-site walkthroughs to assess client cleaning and facility management needs and prepare accurate quotes.
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements tailored to each prospect.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and upsell additional services.
- Coordinate with operations and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and activity in the CRM system.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and local regulations affecting cleaning and facility management services.
- Represent the company professionally at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in facilities services, cleaning, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field visits.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
- Existing network of contacts in commercial real estate, property management, or facilities management.
- Knowledge of security licensing requirements and cleaning compliance standards (e.g., OSHA, local guard licensing).
- Bilingual ability (a plus depending on market).
