Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and high-level outreach to negotiation and closing.
- Leverage your existing professional network to open doors and secure meetings with enterprise-level clients across the UAE.
- Maintain and scale an active pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve annual revenue targets between $1M and $1.5M.
- Act as a strategic consultant to enterprise clients, identifying business challenges and positioning technical solutions to drive digital transformation.
- Work independently to execute sales strategies with minimal supervision, ensuring consistent quarterly performance.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions to ensure favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
- Extensive experience in Enterprise Sales with a focus on the UAE market.
- A robust, existing "Rolodex" and active pipeline of enterprise-level contacts in the region.
- Proven background selling Cyber Security, SaaS, IT Solutions, Telecommunications, or Cloud Infrastructure.
- Demonstrated history of closing high-value deals and consistently meeting or exceeding seven-figure annual quotas.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and commercial skills.
- Ability to work on-site in the UAE and operate with full autonomy from day one.
- High level of professional maturity and the ability to represent the team at the executive level.
- Deep expertise in Digital Transformation and Cloud Infrastructure consulting.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
- Strong local market insights and established relationships within government or major financial sectors.
