Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets (Russian, Italian, and European regions).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and business meetings.
• Promote company services and products to international clients and partners.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities.
• Provide regular reports on business development progress to management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales (UAE or international experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of European markets (Russian, Italian, or other EU regions).
• Multilingual skills preferred (English + Russian/Italian/European language).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
