Sales Manager Job Description

• Implements all sales action plans related to your market area as outlined in the marketing plan.
• Conducts daily sales calls and arrange familiarization/site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
• Disseminates sales related information to other departments as appropriate.
• Participates in weekly sales & marketing meeting.
• Promotes and forwards sales leads for other Accor hotels.
• Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices and seals contracts.
• Participate in trade shows, conventions and promotional events.
• Maintain accounts, contact, activity and business details.

• Relevant sales experience in hotels in Abu Dhabi
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
