Job Summary
The Sales Broker Manager will lead, manage and grow our real estate sales team and broker network. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, recruiting and developing brokers and agents, managing client relationships, and ensuring targets are consistently met in alignment with our company strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team and external brokers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, incentives, and commission structures.
- Manage broker relationships, including performance tracking and support.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts and closing ratios.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, company policies and ethical standards.
- Handle key client negotiations and high‑value deals when required.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity and pricing strategies.
- Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or broker management role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of real estate brokerage operations and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong broker and client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Results‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience managing both in‑house sales teams and external broker networks.
