We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to spearhead revenue growth within the UAE market. This is a high-impact role designed for a seasoned closer who possesses an established network of enterprise decision-makers and an active pipeline of opportunities. Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and high-level outreach to negotiation and closing.
  • Leverage your existing professional network to open doors and secure meetings with enterprise-level clients across the UAE.
  • Maintain and scale an active pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve annual revenue targets between 1M and 1.5M.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to enterprise clients, identifying business challenges and positioning technical solutions to drive digital transformation.
  • Work independently to execute sales strategies with minimal supervision, ensuring consistent quarterly performance.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions to ensure favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in Enterprise Sales with a focus on the UAE market, including a robust existing Rolodex and active pipeline of enterprise-level contacts in the region.
  • Proven background selling Cyber Security, SaaS, IT Solutions, Telecommunications, or Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated history of closing high-value deals and consistently meeting or exceeding seven-figure annual quotas.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and commercial skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in the UAE and operate with full autonomy from day one.
  • High level of professional maturity and the ability to represent the team at the executive level.
  • Deep expertise in Digital Transformation and Cloud Infrastructure consulting.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
  • Strong local market insights and established relationships within government or major financial sectors.
