Business Development Manager
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects and key decision-makers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across UAE construction projects. Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations and material submittals. Conduct regular site visits and follow up on ongoing projects and inquiries. Review BOQs, drawings and specifications for accurate product recommendations. Meet monthly and annual sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely quotations, deliveries and customer support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and project developments.
15 20 years of experience in the UAE construction industry. Proven background in business development with UAE-based construction or consultancy firms. Strong network within the UAE construction market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Educational degree is not mandatory.
Key Skills and CompetenciesStrong knowledge of construction materials, systems, and workflows. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
