Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market share in the hardware and building materials sector.
- Cultivate strong long‑term relationships with a diverse clientele including contractors, developers, architects, and retail businesses.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities, effectively presenting product solutions and negotiating contracts to secure profitable deals.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the extensive product catalog, including technical specifications, applications, and competitive advantages.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the hardware, construction, or building materials industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of construction processes and building material applications.
- Proficiency in CRM software for lead tracking, customer management, and sales forecasting.
