What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own- Curriculum Development – Ensure Huspy’s real estate training curriculum grows, remains relevant, and update it regularly
- Training Program Execution – Oversee the implementation of comprehensive training programs for new agents
- Continuous Improvement – Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, refining materials to enhance learning outcomes
- Industry Alignment – Stay ahead of market trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure Huspy Academy remains a leader in real estate education
- Training Experience – Experience in training, preferably with a background in real estate brokerage, sales, business development or agent development
- Entrepreneurial Mindset – A self‑starter who thrives in building and scaling educational programs from the ground up
- Course/Curriculum Development and Execution Experience – Proven expertise in course development, facilitation, or coaching
- Fluent Arabic and English speaker
- Strong Understanding of Adult Learning Principles – Expertise in curriculum design and instructional strategies tailored to professional learners.
