Parts Consultant - Wholesale
About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Parts Consultant – Wholesale (Special Deals Team) to join our AMA Parts business in Kezad, Abu Dhabi.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across wholesale markets, driving parts sales while managing a portfolio of customers within a high-volume, fast-paced wholesale environment.
Reporting to the Assistant Parts Manager, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with customers across wholesale markets and contributing directly to business growth and overall sales performance.
Job PurposeDirectly assigned a customer group within the Special Deals Team wholesale function, responsible for all sales-related activities for assigned customers, including achieving sales and GP targets.
You will manage end-to-end customer interactions, including follow-ups, communication, invoicing, returns, and payments, ensuring all customer-related matters are handled effectively.
This role focuses on managing customer accounts across wholesale markets, identifying growth opportunities across key wholesale customers in the region, and expanding customer business through a proactive and commercially driven approach.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Execute invoices, returns, and related transactions in a timely manner
- Track and achieve Sales and GP targets along with related KPIs
- Ensure compliance with department procedures and system processes
- Track lost sales and follow up on incomplete opportunities to maximise revenue
- Collect market intelligence and monitor customer behaviour to support sales growth
- Conduct regular customer engagement (calls and visits) to drive repeat business
- Negotiate terms and promote company policies to customers
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with company requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
- UAE Driving License is essential
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar sales role
- Proven experience in customer acquisition and account management
- Background in automotive parts or related industries preferred
- Strong understanding of local and regional markets
- Proven ability to work under pressure and achieve demanding targets
- Adequate computer skills, including MS Office / Excel
- SAP or Autoline experience is an advantage
- Fluent in English is required;
Arabic is an advantage
