Key Responsibilities- Visit steel and cement plants, factories and industrial clients regularly to build strong relationships with procurement, maintenance and technical teams.
- Understand client pain points, operational challenges and requirements, and position the company as a solution provider rather than just selling products.
- Convince clients to purchase from our company by highlighting industry knowledge, technical understanding and value‑added solutions.
- Identify opportunities where clients are facing issues such as breakdowns, inefficiencies or high costs, and propose suitable equipment or alternatives.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders, negotiate within the targeted pricing, delivery timelines and commercial terms with clients.
- Ensure correct product selection based on client application and requirement.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to client site or warehouse without delays.
- Handle client complaints, technical concerns and after‑sales support professionally.
- Maintain strong long‑term relationships to secure repeat business.
- Track market trends, competitor activities and pricing in the industries.
- Submit daily and weekly reports on client visits, inquiries, orders and business development activities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant industry experience in the steel or cement sectors.
- Strong technical understanding and commercial acumen.
- Hands‑on, field‑oriented mindset and ability to independently manage client relationships.
