Position Summary
The Channel Sales Specialist—part of the Transactional Commercial division—is responsible for driving sales growth, market penetration, and brand visibility for the Space Logic KNX portfolio across the UAE with a focus on Abu Dhabi. This role will focus on managing, developing, and enabling Eco Xpert partners, ensuring they achieve annual sales, technical competency, and marketing activation targets. The person will act as the primary business interface between the company and its KNX channel ecosystem‑supporting partners with pricing, pipeline development, specification efforts to accelerate KNX adoption across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Will be working closely with the Global channel manager, Channel sales director, and Business development manager.
Channel Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve annual sales targets for Space Logic KNX through Eco Xpert partners in the UAE.
- Develop strategic business plans with each partner, including revenue forecasts, opportunity mapping, and market focus.
- Drive partner performance through regular sales reviews, pipeline tracking, and opportunity conversion support.
- Expand the channel ecosystem by identifying and onboarding new qualified KNX Eco Xperts.
Eco Xpert Partner Management & Enablement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned KNX-certified Eco Xpert partners.
- Ensure partners meet the required technical competencies, certifications, and yearly compliance audits.
- Organize product trainings, workshops, and educational sessions to strengthen partner capabilities along with the Home solution team.
- Support partners with solution design, project specification, and technical clarifications for KNX bids through product Application experts in the region.
Marketing Activation & Demand Generation
- Execute local marketing initiatives aligned with global Space Logic KNX marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with partners to run promotional campaigns, product launches, webinars, and digital marketing activities.
- Ensure partners follow brand guidelines and effectively promote Space Logic KNX products.
- Drive awareness in the consultant specification community through events, seminars, and outreach in coordination with the country prescription manager.
Market Development & Competitive Intelligence
- Identify new market segments, business opportunities, and project pipelines for KNX solutions.
- Engage with consultants, system integrators, and developers to influence project specifications.
- Monitor competitive activity and provide insights to regional management.
- Analyze market trends and propose action plans to strengthen portfolio positioning.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate reporting in Salesforce, opportunities, partners, forecasts, activities.
- Ensure price adherence, discount management, and commercial compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with supply chain and customer care teams to ensure accurate forecast updates with smooth order processing and on time delivery.
- Provide bi‑monthly reports on performance, forecasts, and partner activity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Automation or related field).
- 5–7 years of experience in KNX or Building Automation channel sales preferably in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong understanding of KNX technology, lighting control, home automation and BMS integration.
- Proven track record of managing distributors, integrators or channel partners.
- Experience working with or managing Eco Xpert partners is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- UAE market knowledge with valid UAE driving license.
