Position responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with regulations across Galderma's portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and continuously improve strategic business relationships with Accounts/Key Accounts to contribute to company vision and enhance sales & profitability across portfolio.
- Establishing long term relationships with designated medical professionals toensure brand loyalty and business growth.
- Achieve and exceed assigned business goals, sales targets and KPIs.
- Build & drive the implementation of joint business plans with Key accounts.
- Ensure brand loyalty and business growth.
- Follow up activation of trade marketing activities and improve in store visibility
- Close monitoring for Galderma stocks level to guarantee availability with optimumstock level and avoid stock rupture situation
- Best allocation for company resources (time, marketing expenses, samples) inliaison with Line Manager.
- Maintain continuous engagement with accounts/key accounts enabling the execution of planned strategies to develop mutual profitable business & gather information for future business initiatives.
- Gather business intelligence, monitor competitor activity and build revised action plans for improved performance across accounts of responsibility.
- Analyze performance and efficiency of assigned accounts by continuously reviewing and reporting on sales performance, market trends and forecasts.
- Reviewing sales performance and develop & implement needed action plans with manager.
- Submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly plans, and monthly andannual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, newproducts, techniques, etc.
- Handling customer (pharmacist) complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions;making recommendations to management.
- Comply with all regulations & internal Galderma policies regarding interactions with healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to related laws, regulations, Galderma Code of Ethics, and any other applicable Codes andSOPs.
- Ensure compliance to Galderma policies and procedures
- Ensures excellent medical knowledge related to his/her disease area and product.
- Consistently have an integrated dermatology strategy mindset and utilize in day to day roles &responsibilities in current role.
- Collect any pharmacovigilance reports and report them to HQ.
- At least 4 –5 years of working experience in the sales field in the pharmaceutical or consumer.
- Pharmacist with strong Sales experience from a multinational pharmaceutical ( for Cx, Rx ).
- Solid sales experience with a track record of developing, engaging customers and delivering on company targets.
- Must be analytical, detailed, passionate, organized and systematic.
- Experience in territory and distributor management is an added advantage.
