Algahwa Al Arabiya  is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive for outdoor sales having experience in specialty coffee to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for actively engaging with potential customers, promoting our products, and expanding our customer base through direct, face‑to‑face interactions.

The Sales Executive will represent the company in the field, build strong relationships with clients, and identify new sales opportunities in various markets. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently while meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outdoor sales activities by visiting potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Identify and approach new clients to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide product information, demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collect and report market feedback and competitor information to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in outdoor sales on specialty coffee industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset.
  • Good knowledge of the local market and customer base.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Physical stamina to spend long hours in the field.
