Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking cold calling referrals social media and market research Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients government entities educational institutions and individual customers Promote the company s event management services and develop customized solutions based on client requirements Conduct client meetings presentations and sales pitches both online and in person Prepare proposals quotations presentations and contracts for prospective clients Follow up on inquiries and leads to maximize conversion opportunities Negotiate pricing and service agreements while maintaining company profitability Coordinate closely with the operations and event teams to ensure successful event delivery Attend networking events exhibitions and business gatherings to generate leads and increase brand awareness Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments within the UAE events sector Maintain accurate records of sales activities client communications and pipeline updates Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets set by the management.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Event Sales, or a related field.

Strong understanding of the UAE business environment, particularly Abu Dhabi.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Professional appearance and strong client-facing abilities.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM systems.

Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
