Legal Consultant -Business Development

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in the UAE legal industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the firm's corporate client portfolio. Prior experience working with a law firm or legal consultancy in Abu Dhabi is mandatory.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for legal services
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government entities, SMEs, and individual clients
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, client meetings, and industry events
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging business opportunities
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and service agreements
• Coordinate with legal consultants to understand client requirements and ensure timely service delivery
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
• Maintain an updated CRM database of prospects and clients
• Represent the firm professionally at networking events and business forums
• Develop strategic partnerships with companies, consultants, and business setup firms

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of business development experience in a legal firm or legal consultancy in Abu Dhabi
• Mandatory strong network within the Abu Dhabi corporate market
• Excellent understanding of UAE legal services and business environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Arabic speaking is an advantage
• Experience working with law firms, legal consultancies, or corporate legal service providers in Abu Dhabi
• Existing network of corporate decision-makers and government contacts
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
