We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Consultant for Trucks to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing profitability.
• Conduct regular field visits to identify business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Actively prospect new customers while managing and growing existing accounts within your territory.
• Demonstrate commercial vehicles, explain product features and guide customers through the sales process.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long‑term relationship building.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and maintain quality customer data.
• Manage overdue payments to ensure they remain within agreed limits.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

• Strong selling, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities.
• Strong business acumen with focus on achieving revenue and margin targets.
• Ability to work under pressure in a competitive sales environment.
• Good analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.

You will be part of the Commercial Vehicles division, working in a high-performance sales environment focused on delivering growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. The team operates in a competitive market, requiring agility, resilience, and a strong customer‑centric mindset to succeed.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial vehicle or truck sales.
• Experience with in the UAE or GCC market is an advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship‑building skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
